Based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), implemented in our legal system with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the processing of personal data must be based on principles of accuracy, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the interested party. With the information below, the Association “Disciples of Padre Pio” wishes to notify donors, and all those who have expressed interest in the activities of the Association, of the personal data we collect, of the reasons and methods of handling this information, of their rights as data holders and data subjects, so that they may express their consent to our processing it.

2. Type of data processed
The personal data that the Association collects and processes are personal and contact data, as well as tax, payment and banking data.
3 Purpose of Collection
The data is collected exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the normal activities of promotion, fundraising and dissemination of information relating to the activities and projects of the Association, both through traditional contact methods (snail mail and telephone calls on a fixed or mobile network number by the operators of the Association), and by e-mail, text messages and / or instant messaging, social networks.
In no case will data we collect be disclosed or transferred to third parties without explicit authorization. The data may be disclosed, however, to financial administrations or other public entities in fulfillment of legal obligations.
4. Processing methods and data retention period
All data is processed manually (eg. collection of paper forms) and electronically, or with the aid of computerized or automated tools.
The data processed will be kept until the possible exercise of the right of opposition or withdrawal of consent by the interested party and, failing that, as long as the Association continues its activity.
5. Rights of the interested party
Benefactors (also known as the interested party) may at any time exercise the rights of access, consultation, rectification, cancellation and destruction or limitation of data processing and transmission to another holder (data portability), as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or to withdraw their consent to the processing (articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016).
